My track record is evident. Over the last nine years, I have worked with countless clients, many of whom I continue to work with today.

  • Bio: Hi, I'm Allison. Growing up in soccer, skiing, and gymnastics, I experienced a wide range of coaching and training styles and learned how the support of a coach and community can help drive you toward your goals. As a trainer, I aim to help you feel better and move better inside and outside the gym while pushing you hard enough to see the results you are after.

    While training as a competitive weightlifter, I have learned many different training styles to build strength, power, and coordination. I'm the first to admit that only some forms of training are appropriate for everyone. When working with clients, I utilize their feedback and results to refine their workouts through movement selection, loading, and intensity. Building strength and movement capacity will help you gain confidence and self-efficacy to tackle life's challenges.

    During training, we will incorporate mobility, strength, and cardiovascular training elements based on your goals to improve athletic performance, reduce pain levels, or change your appearance. We will work together to design a custom fitness program for you and provide support and encouragement as you work to improve your health and fitness.

    Since joining the industry in 2022, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skillset to help clients of all ages and abilities better, empowering them through movement to reach their goals. Since starting as a trainer, I have helped clients build strength and confidence in the gym, make changes to their appearance, and manage their unique health issues, including pre-and post-operative care, arthritis, and autoimmune disorders.

    Greetings, my name is Deborah. I have more than a decade of experience in the Canadian fitness industry. Before entering the fitness world, I was a ballerina for more than twelve years with the National Ballet of Canada dancing internationally. I was trained at Canada's National Ballet School. After a successful dance career, I went on to become a group fitness instructor at GoodLife for more than a decade while working as an Executive Director in the non-profit sector which I still work in today. In 2015 I went to England to be trained in the original Lotte Berk Barre Technique and then went on to open my own studio in Toronto’s west end for five years teaching not only barre but cardio fusion, ballet, and stretch strengthening classes. In 2020 I began teaching barre, Pilates and cardio dance classes online.
