  • Strong Legs

    Strong Legs Program this coming January 2025

    The Strong Legs program is a set of 4 weekly workouts designed to help you build stronger legs and improve ankle and knee health.

    This unique program will help anyone needing to improve leg strength and joint health.  

    Cyclists, racquet sports players, runners, skiers, etc., will find this program very beneficial for enhancing their performance and avoiding injury.

    Led by our in-house running coach, Sean, Strong Legs introduces you to a series of valuable exercises that you can easily do at home after the program ends.  

    Participants are encouraged to practice the exercises during the week and follow up with the coach/instructor at the following week's session.  

    The Strong Legs program is offered from 7:15 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings during January (8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th). It's a great way to kick off your Winter training and achieve your athletic goals for 2025.

    Space is limited and is expected to fill quickly.  The Strong Legs Program fee is $120 for the four sessions.
