A good golf game requires a great swing but what happens when your range of motion is limited by tight muscles?
Tight muscles restrict your ability to move through a full range of motion, particularly in your hips, shoulders, and spine. This can limit your ability to make a full turn during the backswing and follow-through, leading to a shorter swing and reduced power.
