Class Descriptions

Barre & Core classes are the perfect combination of yoga, Pilates and dance using isolated movements designed to sculpt the arms, tone the thighs, lift the seat, and flatten the abdominals. You will start to see more muscle definition, feel stronger and experience positive and transformational changes in your body. Our Barre & Core class will leave you feeling energized and invigorated for the rest of your day!

Cardio Fusion Dance is the perfect fitness class for those in search of cardio that will inspire and motivate them. No more treadmills and boring gym routines! This is an impactful, high-energy class geared to getting the heart rate up and improving your strength. Easy to follow – Cardio Fusion Dance will have your heart pumping and sweat flying! No experience required for this great class!  

Stretch & Strengthen class focuses on toning and stretching every part of your body. This class will help you to build a more flexible and powerful body to improve your fitness, straighten posture, and provide a foundation for an active daily life. It combines yoga, Pilates and ballet moves for all around fitness.

Mat Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize the small Pilates ball and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.

 Boxing Strength and Conditioning. It's no secret that boxers are some of the fittest athletes on the planet, with 36 minutes of the most intense cardio output possible for humans. Join Coach Christian Spencer, who has over 20 years of experience in competitive Muay Thai (kickboxing) and boxing. He will guide your classes, focusing on building strength and cardio endurance for kickboxing, boxing, and everyday life. The small class size will allow Coach Chris to focus on developing strength, cardio conditioning, and technique. Class activities include circuit training, HIIT, pad work, and more.
