Boxing Strength and Conditioning

It's no secret that boxers are some of the fittest athletes on the planet, with 36 minutes of the most intense cardio output possible for humans. Join Coach Christian Spencer, who has over 20 years of experience in competitive Muay Thai (kickboxing) and boxing. He will guide your classes, focusing on building strength and cardio endurance for kickboxing, boxing, and everyday life.

The small class size will allow Coach Chris to focus on developing strength, cardio conditioning, and technique. Class activities include circuit training, HIIT, pad work, and more.
